User Terms

1. Welcome and Acceptance of Agreement

1. Welcome to BuzzTV! We are committed to providing you with high-quality overseas short drama content and a smooth viewing experience. These Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract between you and us and our affiliated entities regarding the BuzzTV service (the “Service”).
2. Before using the Service, you must carefully read and fully understand all provisions of this Agreement, as well as the BuzzTV Privacy Policy. By downloading, installing, launching, or using this APP, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
3. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, you must immediately cease downloading, installing, and using this APP and shall not access any related services.

2. Service Content and Usage Rules

1. Scope of Service: The Service is a free online streaming service. You may browse, search, and view our legally licensed overseas short drama content within the APP, and enjoy basic functions including playback history resumption and video quality adjustment.
2. Regional Licensing Restrictions: The short drama content provided by the Service is subject to copyright licensing scope and local regulatory policies. Some content may only be accessible in specific countries or regions. We implement regional restrictions through technical means (such as IP geolocation). You confirm that you will not circumvent such restrictions through illegal means including proxies or VPNs.
3. License and Prohibited Activities:

• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial limited license to access and view content solely for your own entertainment.
• You undertake to strictly comply with the following rules and shall not engage in any illegal or infringing activities:
• You shall not save, copy, distribute, share clips or full videos of the short drama content through screen recording, downloading, caching, or any other means;
• You shall not access, crawl data from, or disrupt the normal operation of the APP using unofficial tools such as plug-ins, scripts, crawlers, or emulators;
• You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the APP, or attempt to bypass digital rights management (DRM) or other security measures;
• You shall not alter the APP interface, remove watermarks or copyright notices, or develop similar applications by imitating the APP’s UI design or brand elements;
• You shall not use the APP for commercial or illegal activities including advertising, traffic diversion, or fraud, nor publish illegal content or content that infringes the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.

3. User Eligibility and Minor Protection

1. Age Requirement: You must meet the minimum age for using digital services as required by the laws of your jurisdiction:
2. Users in general regions must be at least 13 years old;
3. Users in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) must be at least 16 years old (or the applicable age under local laws) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4. Usage Rules for Minors: If you are a minor who has not reached the legal age, you must use the Service with the explicit consent, supervision, and guidance of your legal guardian. The guardian shall bear legal responsibility for the minor’s usage and all resulting consequences.
5. Eligibility Verification: We reserve the right to verify user eligibility at any time. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service access for users who do not meet age requirements, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. User Account

4.1 Registration and Login

You can log into the platform via third-party accounts (including but not limited to Google, Apple, Facebook, or other supported authorized channels). You confirm and agree that when logging in via a third-party account, you authorize the platform to access the public information (such as nickname, avatar, account identifier, etc.) of that account, in order to complete account registration, identity verification, and the necessary operations for providing services. The specific scope of third-party account authorization and information usage rules are subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of the respective third-party platform.

4.2 Account Security and Custody

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and keeping your information confidential, including but not limited to properly safeguarding login credentials (such as password, verification codes, third-party account authorization information), regularly changing your password, and not disclosing your account information to others. You are fully responsible for all operations, transactions, and actions conducted through your account. The platform is not liable for any compensation or joint liability in the event of account theft, information leakage, property loss, or other risks caused by your own fault (including but not limited to password leakage, device loss, authorizing others to use the account, etc.). If you detect any abnormal activity in your account, you should immediately contact customer support and take reasonable measures to minimize loss.

4.3 Account Violations Handling

If the platform reasonably determines (including but not limited to system monitoring, user complaints, third-party reports, legal requirements, etc.) that your account is engaged in abnormal logins, fraud, malicious registration, service abuse, cheating, violations of this agreement or relevant laws and regulations, the platform has the right to take measures without prior notice to you, including but not limited to suspending certain account functions, restricting account usage rights, freezing the account, permanently banning the account, etc. The platform may also recover any unused virtual assets (such as coins, energy, etc.) from your account based on the actual situation. You are responsible for any service interruption, data loss, or other consequences arising from account violations.

4.4 Account Cancellation

You have the right to submit an account cancellation request through the "Settings" page in the app. Before submitting a cancellation request, please ensure that all pending transactions (such as withdrawal requests) are settled, and back up any personal data you need. Once the cancellation request is approved, your account will be permanently deactivated, and all related data (including but not limited to viewing history, collected content, personal profile, task records, virtual assets, transaction history, etc.) will be permanently deleted according to the law. This action is irreversible, and once the data is deleted, it cannot be restored. After account cancellation, the platform will no longer provide any services related to that account.

5. Third-Party Advertising and Liability Limitations

5.1 Advertising Services and Liability

BuzzTV only provides advertising display and promotion technical services for third-party advertisers and does not participate in the creation, review, release, or transaction stages of the advertisements. The platform does not provide any explicit or implicit warranties regarding the authenticity, legality, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or applicability of third-party ads (including but not limited to commitments about the quality, effectiveness, or safety of goods or services). Any transactions, disputes, claims, losses, or legal responsibilities arising between you and advertisers, or advertising service providers, due to ad promotion, product purchases, service experiences, etc., must be resolved by you and the relevant parties. The platform will not bear any joint liability. If you find any violations (such as false advertising or illegal content), you may report it through the platform's reporting channels, and the platform will assist in handling the matter according to the law.

5.2 Data Collection and Privacy Protection

The platform has fulfilled its obligation to inform users regarding data collection practices related to third-party advertising, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Some advertising service providers may use technologies like cookies or SDKs (Software Development Kits) to collect non-personally identifiable information (such as device identifiers, usage habits, browsing history, etc.) to provide personalized ad recommendations and optimize ad performance. The specific scope, methods, and purposes of data collection are subject to the privacy policies and data processing descriptions of the respective advertising service providers. You can manage the data collection permissions (such as disabling personalized ads) through the app's privacy settings or the channels provided by the advertising service providers.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

1. Ownership: This APP and all related content (including but not limited to short drama videos, subtitles, posters, descriptions, interface design, trademarks, software code, and databases) are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. All relevant rights belong to us or the original rights holders.
2. Infringement Liability: Except as expressly permitted by law or authorized by us in writing, no entity or individual may use, modify, or exploit the above intellectual property rights without permission. If you infringe upon intellectual property rights, we reserve the right to immediately take measures including account suspension, content blocking, and data deletion, and retain the right to pursue legal liability and claims against you.

7. Service Assurance and Disclaimer

1. Service Provision: We will use our best efforts to maintain stable and smooth service operation, but we provide no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to uninterrupted or error-free service, or content fully meeting your expectations.
2. Disclaimer:

• We will strive to restore service promptly but shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused by service suspension or interruption due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, including server maintenance, network congestion, technical failures, third-party service outages, changes in laws and regulations, or force majeure (such as natural disasters and policy adjustments);
• You are solely responsible for the security of your device and the stability of your network. We shall not be liable for losses caused by device failures, cyberattacks, personal operational errors, or other non-platform causes;
• This APP may contain third-party advertisements or links. We are not responsible for the authenticity or legality of third-party content. Any transaction disputes between you and third parties shall be resolved independently.

8. Privacy Protection

1. We attach great importance to your privacy and will collect, use, and protect your information strictly in accordance with the BuzzTV Privacy Policy.
2. In order to provide necessary services, we may collect device information, IP addresses (for regional authorization management), playback history, third-party account association information, and other data. We will not collect personal information beyond what is necessary. Without your explicit authorization, we will not sell or unlawfully share your information with third parties, except where required by law or government authorities for mandatory disclosure.
3. Personal Information Control：You have the right to view, modify, or delete your personal information. These actions can be performed in the app settings.

9. Modification of Agreement and Termination of Service

1. Modification: We reserve the right to revise this Agreement due to updates in laws and regulations, business adjustments, or technical upgrades. The revised Agreement will be prominently displayed within the APP and shall take effect automatically upon the expiration of the notice period. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must immediately stop using the Service. Continued usage shall be deemed acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Termination:

• You may voluntarily stop using the Service and uninstall the APP at any time;
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service at any time for reasonable reasons including but not limited to your breach of this Agreement, compliance requirements, or security risks, without liability for compensation;
• Any liability arising from your breach of this Agreement during usage (such as infringement damages) shall survive the termination of the Service.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction (excluding conflict of laws rules). If mandatory provisions of local laws apply, such provisions shall prevail.
2. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people’s court having jurisdiction in the place where the platform operator is located.

11. General Provisions

1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. Matters not covered herein shall be specified in the BuzzTV Privacy Policy or relevant supplementary rules; if there are no such provisions, applicable laws and regulations shall govern.
2. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed removed, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
